Shipments within Spain are FREE
Shipments over 100€ within the European Union and to the USA & Canada are FREE
We offer FREE shipping for orders over 100€ placed within the EU (also includes the UK, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco and San Marino) and to the USA & Canada. Shipments to the rest of the world cost 20 Euros. To know the shipment’s cost you only have to add your shipping address at the end of the purchase process and we will calculate it according to the country.
At the end of your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. In case of having provided wrong information during the purchase process contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The orders will be shipped within 24 hours (except for made-to-order items) Monday to Friday after the order is placed and the payment is accepted.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 3 working days in Spain, 2 to 5 days for the rest of European Union, USA & Canada and 5 to 10 working days for anywhere else.
The orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Pola Unique cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss during the delivery process.
International shipments may incur in customs fees. Customs fees are at the expense of the customer, who is responsible to know the customs policy of their country.
Unfortunately Pola Unique does not allow returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
